We Don’t Just Plan Events, We Design Events of Distinction!

 

 

This package is designed for the couple who has taken care of most of the details but

wants assistance putting everything in order and making sure all the details are taken care of

as the big day is "just around the corner". 

 

Contact & Meetings: You are entitled to two planning meetings, e-mail and phone contact during 8 hours of planning services.  These meetings are your choice and could be site walk-throughs, budget consultation, design and theme, catering meeting or any other meeting of your choice. 

 

Communication with Hired Vendors: We will be in communication with contracted vendors four to six weeks prior to the clients’ event date - to oversee contracts, check delivery times and confirm arrangements.

 

Complete Coordination of Rehearsal: We will direct and coordinate the rehearsal with family and bridal party members.  We will provide ceremony processional and recessional diagrams.

 

Preparation of “Day Of” Timeline and Schedule: We will coordinate with you and your vendors to produce a detailed “day of” timeline and schedule.

 

Oversee and Arrangement of Décor: On the day of your wedding, any items not handled by a specific vendor will be arranged for by us.

 

Delivery of Vendor Payments and Gratuities: We will coordinate with you to obtain all necessary vendor payments and gratuities. We will deliver each of the payments and gratuities to the appropriate vendor on the day of the event.

 

Collection of Gifts and Personal Belongings: We will ensure that all gifts are packed in the designated vehicle and personal belongings are collected and accounted for.

 

Coordination of Wedding Day: We will set-up, manage wedding day and conclude with the event tear-down for a full eight hours (this is in addition to the designated hours of planning services). We will ensure all the specifics are covered. (Extra hours can be added at an hourly rate.)

 

 

This package is for the couple who is tight on time and

in the "middle" of the wedding planning process. 

This package would be most helpful to those who still need to find 

some quality vendors and would like assistance putting personal touches into their wedding. 

It is also for the couple who just needs someone to step in because the planning process is

becoming more time-consuming or is a bit more overwhelming than they would like it to be

 

Everything in The Classic Package is included in this package.

 

Contact & Meetings: You are entitled to four planning meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone contact during 25 hours of planning services. These meetings are your choice and could be a vendor meeting, shopping for favors meeting, etc..

 

Assistance in Booking Vendors: We will assist you in booking the remaining vendors that are needed. We are willing to research and refer vendors that fit your style and budget. We will also assist you in gathering proposals, quotes and scheduling appointments as needed.

 

Timelines and Checklists: We will create and distribute customized monthly timelines and checklists to assist you in staying on track with your wedding planning.

 

Assistance in Managing Budget: We will assist you in tracking your wedding costs and aid in managing your budget. We will discuss what your priorities are for your big day and we will work with the budget to make sure that those priorities are taken care of. We will also provide a payment reminder schedule so that as your different payments become due, we will make ensure that they don’t “fall through the cracks” by contacting you and giving you a friendly reminder as the dates approach.

 

Theme & Vision Design: We will assist you in designing the elements and the theme to help create the look and feel of the vision you have for your big day.

 

Diagrams of Your Location: We will create diagrams of your location to ensure that the set up and flow is balanced and all the details are noted.

 

This package is for the couple who has a very hectic schedule or just needs a professional to come in and make sure that everything is the best it possibly can be and every little detail is taken care of.  For those of you who need assistance bringing your vision to reality or who need the added touch of professionalism from the first planning step to the day of the wedding, this is the package for you.

 

 

Everything in The Elegant Package is included in this package.

 

Contact & Meetings: You are entitled to unlimited meetings, e-mail and phone contact during 80 hours of planning services. These meetings are your choice and could be a vendor meeting, shopping for favors meeting, etc..

 

Create and Assist in Managing Your Budget: We will confer with you to establish budget priorities. If a budget has not already been created, we will custom design a unique budget based on your needs. In addition, we will assist you in tracking your wedding costs and aid in managing your budget.

 

Location & Vendor Selection: We will meet with you to gain a true grasp of the vision you have for your day.  Once we see what your vision is, we will be able to present you with locations and vendors that could meet your needs in vision and in budget. We will arrange visits and meetings in order for you to view each location and meet each of the vendors in person. After finding the vendors of your choice, we will handle negotiating with and booking with each vendor.

 

Designing Your Wedding With Personal Touches: We will design your wedding based on your vision including: creating your menu cards, escort cards, place cards and favors to give it an even more personal touch.

 

Out-Of Town Guests Assistance: We will assist in taking care of out-of-town accommodations. We will create hotel blocks, manage bookings and make sure that all your guests can make their arrangements as smoothly as possible.
 
Wedding Transportation Coordination: We will assist you in finding and booking wedding transportation that is just right for you and your guests. We will coordinate the necessary transportation services for the day of your big day as well.
